I use MS Paint and MS GIF animator both are free you just need to download the gif animator application(just GUUGUHLZ IT!)

hey just a heads up

just last night(and this morning) the computer deleted all the stuff on my flash drive/MP3 so I can't submit any work anymore during spring break.
on top of that when I fell asleep at aout 9:00 I woke up at 4:00 and realized I was laying on it and I cracked it. :iconohmygodplz:

OMFG!!!!Not only has my mp3/usb deleted everything, now deviantart is removing most of the naruto and sonic deviations I have posted(The sonic stuff made up about 40-50% of my deviations)
